At Suprmarket, we strive to provide a seamless experience for D2C brands. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your specific needs, which is why we offer a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure your satisfaction with our service.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Suprmarket and outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, applicable to both our Starter and Pro plans. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked.

This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans and is designed to give you confidence in trying our platform without financial risk.

The 7-day period begins on the date of your initial subscription payment and ends at exactly the same time 7 days later. For example, if you subscribe on June 1st at 2:00 PM, your money-back guarantee period ends on June 8th at 2:00 PM.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund within the 7-day period, you can simply request the cancellation in one-click from your account settings or you may follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • The date of your subscription purchase
    • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. Our support team will verify your eligibility and process your refund
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

We strive to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Beyond 7 Days

After the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Extended Service Outages: If our service experiences a significant outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours that prevents you from using core features.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience severe technical issues that make the service unusable on our end and cannot be resolved by our support team despite reasonable efforts.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to an error in our billing system.

For these exceptional cases, please contact our support team with detailed information about your situation. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will typically be prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window (unless one of the exceptional circumstances described above applies)
  • Failure to use the service after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly documented in our service description
  • Issues with third-party integrations or services outside our control
  • Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account termination
  • Subscription renewals (the money-back guarantee applies only to initial purchases, not renewals)
  • Changes in business circumstances or needs that no longer require our service

We encourage all users to thoroughly review our features and documentation before subscribing and to make use of any free trial options when available to ensure our service meets your needs.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note the following important points regarding cancellation:

  • Cancellation vs. Refund: Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for amounts already paid.
  • Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Auto-Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renewal date.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

7. Payment Processing and Timing

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Please be aware of the following regarding refund processing:

  • Processing Time: We process refund requests within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Bank Processing: Once processed on our end, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution and payment method.
  • Credit Card Refunds: For credit card payments, refunds may appear as a credit on your next statement.
  • UPI and Other Electronic Payments: Refunds to UPI and other electronic payment methods typically process faster than credit card refunds but still depend on the policies of your payment provider.
