Roadmap
Our roadmap outlines the key milestones and features we plan to implement in the coming months.
What are we building exactly?
At core, we are a data tech & analytics company. Suprmarket is our first product launch in the e-commerce space. The current version you're using is a MVP for the actual product. With this MVP, we aim to validate our approach & build a strong foundation for the full-feature e-commerce platform that will follow.
At Suprmarket, we believe in leveraging data to drive insights and improve the online shopping experience for buyers & sellers. Our platform will incorporate advanced analytics and machine learning to help brands understand their customers better and optimize operations. At the heart, our goal is to create a platform which is safer, easier, faster and more efficient for brands to sell their products online, while also providing a seamless shopping experience for customers. Our approach is to begin with D2C brands, as they are, in a way, more organized than traditional retailers to handle orders & delivery, and better positioned to leverage our platform as early adopters. Eventually, we will expand to onboard a wider range of sellers, including MSMEs and local businesses, creating a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem bridging the gap between offline and online.
To the customers, our app would look like a space where they can discover local, regional and national brands through search, AI-powered assistants, and video content. To the brands, our platform will offer powerful tools for analytics, customer engagement, and more, to help them connect with wide range of customers across India, at a pocket friendly commission structure.
Hundreds of e-commerce platforms have tried to solve some or the other problem of online shopping in India - what are we doing different - what drives us to build another platform in a space which is considered crowded or saturated - the answer is - honestly we don't know. We just have a sheer belief that if we cut down complexity and make our platform the easiest, simplest and with a high-trust value for our customers - that would help us navigate through the noise and build something truly valuable for buyers, sellers, and all stakeholders.
How are we building it?
We are starting with a unified digital storefront solution called SuprLink for D2C brands, which will allow them to create a branded page with product listings, social links, and more. Eligible and verified brands among these will be our first set of sellers on the final product. By the time we launch, we would have enough data to provide these initial brands better insights about their own products and users. For example, we will be able to tell them which products are being viewed the most, which ones drive higher engagement via click-to-whatsapp messages, and which ones have high-purchase-intent tracked via our upi payment buttons. At present, we cannot track if user purchased the product or not, but we will be able to track when they click on the payment button. While we understand these data sets may not be accurate, we aim to reiterate our tracking mechanisms to improve data accuracy over time.
Here is how upcoming months are looking like for us:
Gathering Insights & Build Product
- To onboard 500+ D2C brands to validate key features and gather feedback
- Begin collecting data to learn how brands and visitors interact with the platform
- Enhance tracking mechanisms to improve data accuracy over time
- Filter brands based on delivery capabilities, products & user engagement metrics
- Identify and categorize brands into delivery tiers: Quick-Commerce (instant & same-day delivery), Comfort-Commerce (next-day & within 48 hours delivery), and Standard E-Commerce (2-5 day delivery window)
Full-featured Product Launch
- Launch both mobile and web application
- With already enlisted D2C brands in our MVP, we expect to launch app with 300+ brands and 5000+ products across various categories
- Conduct pilot testing on selected audience demographics in Mumbai
- Based on data insights from testing, iterate on product features and user experience
- Launch marketing campaigns to create awareness and drive user acquisition
- Implement robust AI-powered seller onboarding and support processes
- Introduce personalized shopping experiences using AI & video content
- Establish a feedback loop with early sellers and buyers
- Establish & build payment processes & delivery partnerships
Optimisation and Expansion
- Enhance platform performance and scalability
- Implement advanced analytics and reporting features
- Expand product offerings and categories based on market demand
- Introduce advanced analytics and demand forecasting for sellers
- Implement targeted marketing strategies to reach new customer segments
Our Journey So Far
We started with a simple unified digital storefront solution called SuprLink for D2C brands, and have made significant progress in building our MVP. Our current focus is on gathering insights from early adopters and refining our product based on the feedback loop.
Dec 2024: Beginning
Initially, the idea was to launch full-feature e-com app but it couldn't materialise. Eventually decided to begin with a simple MVP.
May 2025: MVP Ready
Tried a few other options as to which one specific thing to begin with, finally developed SuprLink & SuprQR as initial offerings.
Jun 2025: Early Adopters
Shared with a few friends who were running D2C brands for initial feedback, optimised a little, and prepared for a wider launch.
Jul 2025: Beta Launch
Officially launched our paid beta version to address a wider audience of D2C brands. Currently gathering user metrics & refining our product roadmap.
We are excited to see when our initial offering will evolve into a full-feature product.

Addressing Concerns
Why are we having paid registrations from D2C brands, instead of free signups?
Because we are a bootstrapped startup, and we need to cover our costs. Funds generated from registrations helps us to sustain our operations while building the platform. Our current expenses are mainly tech & operating cost for serving MVP, and tech cost & salary towards building the full-feature product.
What if the final product never launches, what happens to the current MVP?
We are committed to building the final product, and we have a clear roadmap in place. However, if for any reason, mainly financial, we are unable to launch the full platform, the current MVP with features SuprLink & SuprQR - is built on tech-stack that is designed to operate on its' own both financially & operationally. And will continue to function as a standalone solution for D2C brands. As long as there is even a single brand using our platform, the platform will continue to operate and we will continue to maintain and offer seller support.
